My name is John Babbott. Among other things, I am a writer. I’m trying to weed out some of those other things, and to make the writing a bigger part of my life. I started this blog because my brother told me it was important, and he’s usually right about this kind of thing. I know about writing, but I don’t know the first thing about blogging. It’s like logging, but with an introductory consonant, and no chainsaws. Like the platypus, it is a mysterious and unclassifiable life form to me, and I’m not sure if I’m doing it right. Please let me know if I’m not. I do not want my blog to sport venemous talons, lay eggs and live in the mud. I want it to be beautiful, and fun. How am I doing? There are some short stories in here that I’d love for people to read. As I update the blog, I’ll replace the stories with other ones that are better, so feel free to visit again to read those. And, if you like, please let me know what you think of them. I’m putting my thoughts out into the open, because I’d love to hear yours, too.
Thanks for reading.
